Our focus is over division ponies that have an elegance about them that can not be ignored in both halter and, eventually, in harness. Our goal is an elegant pony with color! Our breeding program is carefully thought out and carefully monitored to ensure healthy show quality foals are available to enjoy. Foals and young stock are available at reasonable and affordable prices.
Our training program, like our breeding program, is in its infancy, yet is still producing results (2008 marks our 4th professional year!). Producing horses that reach their HOF status, as well as honorable mentions in the National All Stars (including a Youth Horse of the Year in '06!), and claiming National titles at Pinto World, the Shetland Congress, and AMHR Nationals. We are eager to please our clients as well as help them promote and fine tune their own herds. Carin is a Registered Veterinary Technician with over 10 years experience. She currently practices within Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine clinically teaching students as well as assisting with clinical research.
Pondering Oaks Stables is located in Iola, TX, between College Station and Huntsville, TX. Visitors are always welcome by appointment!
